• Prioritize, plan, and manage strategic enterprise projects and programs
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage shared resources across projects
• Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders
• Mentor Project Managers to ensure consistent and successful project delivery
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and department leaders to ensure successful initiative execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in project and/or program management
• 2+ years in a leadership role with direct people management responsibility
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and apply sound judgment in evolving environments

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain
• PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification highly desirable
• Ability to influence and lead through collaboration in matrixed relationships
