Overview of the Role

The Head of SMB Accounts will lead the strategic management of a $35–40M revenue portfolio spanning approximately 100–140 accounts and 300 active team members. Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a team of Account Managers.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Ventures – Brazil to lead and protect the our client's interests across operated and non-operated ventures. This is a highly strategic role, responsible for maximizing value, influencing joint‑venture outcomes, and ensuring alignment with the company’s global portfolio and long‑term business strategy.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial judgment, deep JV governance experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within complex, multinational environments.
