Overview of the Role
The Head of SMB Accounts will lead the strategic management of a $35–40M revenue portfolio spanning approximately 100–140 accounts and 300 active team members. This critical role focuses on driving client retention, identifying high‑potential accounts, and developing scalable engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of Account Managers.
- Owning the overall health and performance of the SMB portfolio, ensuring high retention, client satisfaction, and margin protection.
- Identifying accounts with growth potential and developing tailored engagement strategies to unlock expansion opportunities.
- Designing, improving, and institutionalizing playbooks and operating models for SMB account management.
- Building a deep understanding of client organizations, technology roadmaps, and long‑term needs to position the company as a strategic partner.
- Acting as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring rapid resolution and internal accountability.
Requirements
- Account Management: 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Delivery
- Industry Experience: 7+ years in the tech/outsourcing sector
- Leadership: Experience managing a team
- Travel: Availability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Location: US Visa or EU Passport
- Language: Advanced level of English

We are seeking an experienced Head of Ventures – Brazil to lead and protect the our client's interests across operated and non-operated ventures. This is a highly strategic role, responsible for maximizing value, influencing joint‑venture outcomes, and ensuring alignment with the company’s global portfolio and long‑term business strategy.
The ideal candidate brings strong commercial judgment, deep JV governance experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within complex, multinational environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard and maximize value across operated and non‑operated assets in Brazil.
- Influence JV Operators to deliver projects On Time, On Budget, On Scope, and On Value (OTOBOSOV).
- Ensure investment decisions serve the interests of all consortium partners, not solely the Operator.
- Actively challenge and support Operators to enable balanced, well‑informed decision‑making.
- Align external JV decisions with internal portfolio strategy through close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Governance & Commercial Oversight
- Lead the management of joint venture agreements, governance structures, and commercial frameworks.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership to mitigate risks and protect company interests.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and governance obligations.
