• Build positive relationships with clients to develop and maintain long-term partnerships, understanding their business objectives and acting as a go-to support resource.
• Assist in evaluating client business requirements, effort estimation, and guide clients to utilize standard solutions to maximize revenue.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally for approval.
• Identify critical business impact issues from Service Desk reports.
• Document and maintain client system environments, keeping records of functionality, environment, and specific documentation for review.
• Participate in release management, client audits, and internal projects, ensuring code releases do not disrupt client operations.
• Contribute to simple project and development work plans, adjusting as needed for changing requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Solid experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
• Experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, technical design, and presentation.
• Advanced level of English (speaking, listening, writing).
