• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of field (outside) sales experience with proven sales improvement
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Regional Leadership position
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a high‑performing sales team
• Must reside within the West Region and have a willingness to travel extensively

• Dealer network knowledge base highly preferred
• Proven analytical skills and experience with CRM tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
