We are seeking a Sales Operations and Salesforce/Certinia Admin to manage Salesforce and Certinia to support business requirements. This role also includes owning financial management system configuration and integrations with marketing, accounting, sales engagement, and document management platforms while ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows. The manager will partner with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to track KPIs, improve forecasting, provide training, and explore AI-driven automation opportunities to enhance sales and marketing efficiency.
In this role, you’ll not only administer and support Salesforce but also be the key owner of Certinia (FinancialForce) configuration and operations. You’ll ensure that our revenue, billing, and forecasting processes are accurate and scalable, and you’ll have the opportunity to expand your expertise by working closely with Intacct and other critical integrations.

Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration: Configure fields, objects, page layouts, and record types; build and maintain workflows, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and customizations; manage system security: roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OWDs; troubleshoot user issues, provide support, and deliver training/documentation.
- Certinia Administration: Configuration and ongoing support of FinancialForce processes (billing, forecasting, revenue recognition).
- Systems Management: Monitor and maintain integrations, manage enhancements, and resolve issues (especially Certinia & Intacct).
- Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards, forecasts, campaign attribution, pipeline tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Process Optimization: Document/refine sales processes, automate workflows, improve data quality.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure KPIs are accurate and actionable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with direct Certinia/FinancialForce.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce configuration and customization, including:
- Workflows, Flows, and Process Builder automations.
- Validation rules, approval processes, and assignment rules.
- Reports, dashboards, and list views.
- Security configuration (profiles, roles, permission sets, OWD, sharing rules).
- Integration setup and troubleshooting with third-party tools (HubSpot, Certinia, Intacct, etc.).
- Data management: imports, exports, deduplication, and maintaining data integrity.
- Strong reporting/analytics skills (Salesforce Reports/Dashboards, Power BI a plus).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Clear communicator, able to train and support users across functions.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator Certification(s).
- Hands-on experience with Intacct (huge plus).
- Experience with Finance/ERP integrations (Certinia, Intacct, or similar).
- Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or agentic workflow technologies.
- Familiarity with PandaDoc, Outreach, or Chorus.
- Experience in SaaS or fast-scaling tech companies.
