Job Summary

The position of Program Specialist provides general programmatic support, including general research, report writing, budget, payroll, and accounting duties related to fiscal activities and project management assistance across various agency-wide initiatives for the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence (CCEE). The position will directly support the Community Engagement Initiative (CEI) and may report to any member of the CCEE leadership team, as assigned. The role also involves extensive travel throughout the state of California to engage with partners, attend meetings and support community-based events.

Selection Procedures

The multilevel selection process may consist of assessment activities, an application screening process, interviews for eligibility list placement, reference checks and presentations. Those candidates with the most relevant and suitable background will be invited to participate in the process.
