Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the Brazil Analytics Center of Excellence within the Global Finance Services. This role you will manage product costing and related activities in collaboration with global teams. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and leading continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate the Product Cost Monitor in partnership with global teams
• Monitor machine costs for current products across supported facilities
• Prepare executive-level materials and present to senior leadership
• Support financial analyses for the introduction of new products (NPIs) and new sources (NSIs)
• Contribute to strategic decision-making through financial analysis of cost reduction projects and competitiveness studies across global manufacturing facilities
• Standard Cost Revision (SCR) processes
• Sourcing studies
• Lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects across the organization with a focus on driving operational excellence
• Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on standardization simplification and automation as part of the Global Finance Strategy

• Initiative: Proactive and action-oriented with the drive to achieve goals
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Office 365
• Pre-advanced English

Top Candidates will have

• Experience in financial analysis, costs and product structures
• Proven experience with analytical and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Python)
• Focus on process improvement and leading initiatives and projects
• Project management / Black Belt
• MBA or CMA (or similar)
• Advanced / Fluent English
• Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week
