- 5+ years of hands-on iOS development experience
- A strong portfolio: 3-5 significant apps, published and maintained (show us what you've built)
- Proficient in Swift not just syntax, but real fluency
- Experience with app lifecycle: from feature design to App Store release and maintenance
- Full-stack iOS mindset: UI, business logic, API integration, architecture, analytics
- Comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and decision-making
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is a strong plus
- You challenge assumptions and ask good questions
- You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
- You act with courage and speed, even when things are unclear
- You mentor by example and raise the bar for the team
- You care about clean code, thoughtful architecture, and real-world performance
