We are seeking a remote, full-time Senior React Developer with 5+ years of professional front-end software development experience using React.js and TypeScript for our U.K. / U.S. client. You will help design, build, and maintain high-impact user interfaces - from customer dashboards and data visualizations to a React Native mobile application. Our client is a nature data and intelligence company on a mission to drive large-scale nature recovery. They combine data, science, and technology to help enterprises value and restore nature, creating measurable environmental and economic impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop rich, performant web applications using React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and Shadcn
• Build and maintain reusable components and front-end architecture to support renewing the growing product ecosystem
• Lead implementation of the design system and UX layer in coordination with the client's design team
• Collaborate with back-end and full-stack engineers to ensure consistent integration with Supabase and other platform services
• Support and enhance the client's existing React Native mobile application as part of a unified team delivering cross-platform experiences
• Balance iterative MVP delivery with scalable, maintainable engineering practices

Required Experience

• Excellent English communication skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering with React.js and TypeScript
• Proven track record delivering web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, responsive design, and performance optimization
• Exposure to data visualization tools, such as D3.js, Recharts, or Mapbox
• Experience using AI tooling, such as Cursor and CoPilot
• Experience working collaboratively with design and back-end teams
• Proactive mindset and the ability to self-manage in a distributed environment
• Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment

Desired Experience

• Experience working with React Native and cross-platform design systems
• Experience with shadcn UI
• Familiarity with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service tools
