Part-time LATAM Instructor – AI-Assisted Programming Workshops

TripleTen, via Nebius Academy, is looking for an experienced instructor to lead live workshops on using AI tools in software development.

The role is part-time, remote, and requires excellent Spanish communication skills.

What you will do

Get acquainted with live-training scenarios on AI-Development Topics that we designed, and iterate on the final version with our Instructional Designer.

Conduct live training sessions.

Review and incorporate feedback from learners to continuously improve session design.

Work with the curriculum team to ensure strong alignment between asynchronous and live content.

Communicate with students during the Q&A session about the Capstone Project.

Requirements

Technical Expertise

5+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in backend or full-stack roles.

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Replit, Cursor, etc.).

Understanding of secure coding practices and AI-related risks.

Comfort with system design, testing strategies, and developer tooling.

Instructional Skills and Soft Skills

Ability to break down complex ideas into actionable, engaging formats.

Skilled in live facilitation (or willing to learn fast): you know how to prompt discussions, handle Q&A and adapt in real time.

Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Miro, Slack, VSCode Live Share, etc.).

Excellent spoken Spanish and clear technical communication.

Confident, collaborative, and audience-oriented mindset.

Strong time management and preparation habits.

Background

Proven track record in developer advocacy, tech leadership, conference participation, or mentoring.

Experience teaching or coaching developers is a huge plus.
