The Product Sales Specialist is an individual contributor role within the regional structure, focused on accelerating and increasing the growth of one or a group of products, with full accountability for meeting sales targets. The main goal is to grow volumes and profitability of the dedicated product(s) across all target verticals and customer types in the region. This involves translating product performance targets into regional goals and activities, maintaining a proactive feedback loop from market to headquarters.
This role includes owning revenue KPIs, actively selling the dedicated product(s), and executing commercial activities in collaboration with the HQ team on strategic initiatives. Success is measured through sales velocity (leading indicators) and profit/revenue uplift (lagging indicators).
