What you’ll do

We’re looking for an Account Executive to accelerate Clara’s growth in Cuiabá by generating and closing new business opportunities through 100% outbound efforts. You’ll play a key role in expanding Clara’s reach in the region, engaging with high-potential prospects, and driving new client acquisition.

This is a self-driven sales role where you’ll manage your own pipeline end to end—from prospecting to closing—while representing Clara with clarity, discipline, and energy. Success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets.

  • Own the outbound sales motion for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contracts
  • Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
  • Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using Hubspot CRM
  • Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara’s value proposition to potential clients
Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

  • Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets in a SaaS environment
  • Strong pipeline management skills and ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Working proficiency in Portuguese
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
Nice to haves
  • Experience in financial services, expense management software, or the relevant vertical (Agrobusiness, Arts & Entertainment, etc.)
  • Network within the local business ecosystem in Cuiabá
  • Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn
  • Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows
  • A good sense of humor
