A leading global energy services company in Brazil seeks an experienced engineer specializing in well intervention. The role includes responsibilities such as preparing operation plans, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring technical integrity. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and a Well Control Certificate. Advanced English proficiency is essential, and knowledge of Spanish is preferred. The position offers a full-time contract and competitive compensation.
Qualificações
- 4 or more years of well services/intervention experience is preferred.
- Experience in Well Intervention and Abandonment.
- Supervisory experience and exposure to multi-discipline operations is preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Participates in risk assessments, forecasts, and plans medium- and long-term needs.
- Prepares equipment lists and identifies long-lead items.
- Prepares End-of-Well reports and contributes to knowledge management.

Responsibilities
- Integrated Well Intervention engineering proposals and Integrated Design of Services.
- Provides Operation Plans, prepares Programs, and ensures the technical integrity of operations planning and execution.
- Responsible for day‑to‑day operations monitoring. Participates in risk assessments, forecasts, and plans medium‑ and long‑term needs to meet program requirements, anticipating operational changes and needs.
- Prepares equipment lists and identifies long‑lead items.
- Ensures effective communication within the project.
- Performs engineering studies to solve recurring issues.
- Prepares End‑of‑Well reports and contributes to knowledge management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 or more years of well services/intervention experience is preferred.
- Experience in Well Intervention and Abandonment.
- Well Control Certificate is preferred.
- Experience in Integrated Projects.
- Supervisory experience and exposure to multi‑discipline operations is preferred.
- Advanced English is required.
- Spanish is preferred.
- CREA is required.
