A leading engineering solutions provider in Manaus is seeking an experienced Automation Analyst to design automation equipment and ensure manufacturability. The ideal candidate will have a B. Sc. in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in automation equipment design and installation. Responsibilities include liaising with manufacturers, generating technical documentation, and collaborating with project managers to meet project timelines. This role requires a strong understanding of EMS industries and a commitment to quality.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of working experience in automation equipment design and installation.
• An equivalent combination of education, training or experience may substitute.

Responsabilidades

• Design automation equipment in respective areas of expertise.
• Work closely with Project Manager/Engineer to meet project timelines.
• Review, understand and interpret requirements for equipment design.
• Ensure design for manufacturability.
• Act as liaison with internal/external Assemblers/manufacturer.
• Generate design drawings, installation manual, and user manual.
• Log all engineering times into the tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Designs automation equipment in respective areas of expertise, e.g., Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Software Application.
• Works closely with Project Manager/Engineer to meet project timeline and within budget.
• Reviews, understands and interprets requirements/specification accurately for integration into design of equipment.
• Ensures design for manufacturability.
• Acts as liaison with internal and/or external Assemblers / manufacturer of equipment to ensure all parts are manufactured to the design.
• Generates design drawings, installation manual, and user manual.
• Ensures all engineering times are logged into tracking system correspondent to the projects.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge Requirements

• Experienced functional knowledge of EMS industries.
• Experienced functional knowledge of automation equipment assembly and installation.

Education & Experience Requirements

• B. Sc. in Mechanical or Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in automation equipment design and installation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
