We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with a strong focus on Rust, at Mid to Senior level, to play a strategic role in the evolution of our backend systems.
We seek someone with a software architecture mindset, capable of actively participating in technical decisions, evaluating trade‑offs, and contributing to the evolution of our codebase with maturity and long‑term vision, in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and engineering team.
Beyond feature implementation, this role is key to structuring, scaling, and sustaining the platform as our products grow.
