We Are Hiring

The Sr Software Engineer (Backend) focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing the server-side components of our platform. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Sr Software Engineer (Backend), you are comfortable with databases, server‑side scripting languages, application programming interfaces (APIs), and server architecture to ensure seamless communication between the front‑end and back‑end systems.

What You’ll Do

• Work with data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the front‑end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Create maintainable, testable and reusable code
• Develop features with security best‑practices in mind.
• Audit existing codebase to improve performance
• Conceptualize and implement solutions for data storage

Requirements

• Located in the Sao Paulo area in Brazil
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with increasing responsibility

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of back‑end programming languages in our tech stack
• Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management
• Experience using system monitoring tools (e.g. Datadog, Grafana) and automated testing frameworks
• Nice to have: experience Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe CJA or experience with Ad Platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.
