Are you passionate about leveraging technology to elevate HR systems? As an HR Systems Digital Service Partner, you’ll lead the development and enhancement of two global SAP SuccessFactors modules—Compensation & Variable Pay and Performance & Goal Management. This role is critical in ensuring these systems are strategically designed, seamlessly integrated, and effectively governed to support enterprise-wide HR objectives. You’ll also serve as the primary liaison between HR teams in the Americas and HR IT, translating business needs into technical solutions and continuously evolving the HR technology landscape.
