A global automotive company is seeking an SAP SF Compensation & Performance HR Systems Partner to lead the development of SAP SuccessFactors modules for Compensation & Variable Pay and Performance & Goal Management. This hybrid role involves designing system architecture, optimizing business processes, and managing application lifecycles. Candidates should have experience with SAP implementations, excellent analytical skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

Qualificações

  • 3+ years of experience in requirements and business process definition, software development/systems integration and application support.
  • 2+ years of experience in SAP SF Compensation and Variable Pay implementations and integrations.
  • 2+ years of experience in SAP SF Performance and Goal Management implementations and integrations.

In September 2024, SKF announced the separation of its Automotive business—creating a new company focused on the rapidly evolving global automotive market. By joining this role, you’ll help build something extraordinary from the ground up.

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to elevate HR systems? As an HR Systems Digital Service Partner, you’ll lead the development and enhancement of two global SAP SuccessFactors modules—Compensation & Variable Pay and Performance & Goal Management. This role is critical in ensuring these systems are strategically designed, seamlessly integrated, and effectively governed to support enterprise-wide HR objectives. You’ll also serve as the primary liaison between HR teams in the Americas and HR IT, translating business needs into technical solutions and continuously evolving the HR technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate on designing and implementing system architecture that aligns with business requirements, strategic objectives, and technical standards, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Process Analysis: Evaluate and optimize relevant processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to design streamlined workflows.
  • Application Management: Manage the lifecycle of applications, including deployment, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring they meet user needs and organizational goals.
  • Integration Management: Oversee inbound and outbound integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Governance Control: Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Performance Management: Monitor system performance and user satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality.
  • Budget Control: Manage budgets and resource allocation for IT systems, ensuring that projects are adequately funded and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Vendor Management: Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with IT vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and service level agreements.
Requirements:
  • Higher degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in requirements and business process definition, software development/systems integration and application support
  • 2+ years of experience in SAP SF Compensation and Variable Pay implementations and integrations, including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing and deployments
  • 2+ years of experience in SAP SF Performance and Goal Management implementations and integrations, including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing and deployments
  • Knowledge of HR business process design and development
  • Experience in supporting organizations from at least 2 regions (EMEA, APAC, AMERICAS)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing to work effectively independently, with team members and diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
