As a Revenue Cycle Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and exceptional service. We’re looking for team members who pay fanatical attention to detail, go above and beyond for our clients and patients, and bring energy, empathy, and professionalism to everything they do.

• Provide remote support to dental office teams with billing and accounts receivable tasks.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and manage payment collections.
• Review and analyze accounts receivable reports to identify trends and resolve issues.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and insurance denials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient account records.
• Respond to patient and insurance inquiries regarding billing and collections.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both patients and internal team members.

• Experience in dental billing and familiarity with dental insurance plans.
• Knowledge of dental coding and billing procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office programs.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
