As a Technical Recruiter at Sierra Studio, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our talent pipeline, focusing on technical roles. You'll work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the people operations team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless hiring process and contributing to the growth of Sierra's people operations department. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top‑tier talent, particularly from the Brazilian market, to connect with exciting opportunities in our vetted community of US‑based companies.
