Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting top tech and non-tech talent across Europe and Latin America, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions
• Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process
• Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve processes
• Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and internal reports
• Stay updated on regional hiring trends and market insights across Europe and LATAM

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with both technical and non-technical profiles
• Solid sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience hiring in Latin America
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Upper-Intermediate + level of English
• Readiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates’ time zone
