Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Certified training facilitator.

Languages:

  • Intermediate to advanced English (verbal and written communication, capable of operating in global corporate environments).

Position Summary: Responsible for acting as a generalist across all Human Resources subsystems, strategically contributing to organizational development and employee experience. This professional will serve as a technical reference in the area, supporting leaders and teams on topics related to people management, culture, climate, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Business Partner, supporting leaders in people management and strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes for strategic and operational positions.
  • Support organizational development, training, and capacity-building programs.
  • Manage organizational climate, engagement, and culture initiatives.
  • Participate in the creation and execution of succession plans and talent development.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and internal mobility processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation.
  • Conduct offboarding processes with a focus on risk mitigation and climate preservation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects within HR.

Technical and Behavioral Requirements:

  • Solid and proven experience as an HR generalist in a multinational industrial environment.
  • Analytical skills and strategic vision.
  • Clear and assertive communication skills.
  • Proactivity, sense of urgency, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and integrated systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, etc.).
