What You'll Be Building

As one of the first engineers on the team, you'll shape the technical foundation of the entire platform:

• Architect and build a performant, scalable 3D engine for digital inspections and spatial analysis.
• Solve technically demanding challenges like real-time visualisation of large LiDAR datasets, procedural geometry rendering with Three.js, and integration with AI models.
• Work across the full stack frontend (React, TypeScript), backend (Rust or C++), and cloud infrastructure (e.g. GCP or AWS).
• Collaborate closely with the founders to define the roadmap, refine the product, and make critical technical decisions.
• Set engineering best practices and foster a strong culture of code quality, innovation, and curiosity.

Must-Haves

• 5-10 years of experience in software engineering, ideally across both frontend and backend.

• Experience with C++, Rust, or other systems-level languages.
