Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst within our ALI Americas group. This position is based in Rio de Janeiro - Brasil.

• Works directly with client, providing creative solutions to customer application needs
• Provide consulting services such as solution configuration, best practices implementation strategies, automation/customization and integration with other applications
• Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to reinforce developing relationships with stakeholders
• Accurately document support activities to solve problems, maintaining knowledge base updated
• Keep in touch with team members and support them in solving problems

Education / Qualifications

Education

• Engineering or any other technical bachelor’s degree

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge in creating how-to guides, tutorials, reference docs, system docs, and release notes
• Familiar with writing SQL statements
• Familiar with Database Administration (Oracle, MSSQL) is a plus
• Knowledge in programming logic and languages is a differentiator

Experience

• Implementation of projects and solutions
• Business analysis consultant

• Automation of processes and routines
• Analyzing and preparing documentation
