A leading technology mobility company in São Paulo is seeking a Senior HRBP Manager to partner strategically with leadership on people topics and drive organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience, especially in medium-large scale businesses, and possess strong interpersonal skills and advanced English proficiency. This role drives initiatives in talent strategy, organizational design, and engagement within a diverse team.

You\'ll join an energetic and diverse global HRBP team, and you\'ll be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We are in the exciting stage of bringing 99 Food Delivery to Brazil market, and you will work closely with business teams to make this happen. Given the promising growth stage and the complex nature of business function setup, our HRBP work is dynamic and challenging with loads of opportunities to unleash your HR practice excellence and business thought partnership.
We work with business stakeholders of all levels to deliver work across Organization, Talent, and Culture pillars. As HRBP, you\'re more than executing People Cycle. You\'ll take ownership in driving organization structure & resource planning, talent pipeline construction, talent learning & development, C&B strategy and implementation, change management, and team engagement and culture - alongside our close partners in HR COE teams.
We work fluidly within the team and expect this person to be just as collaborative and agile as we continue to be.
