Qualificações

About The Role

Operational validation of network topologies, routing flow, network changes and failures impact.

Create, test and maintain reusable code (Python / Ansible scripts, APIs) intended to deploy and configure network elements, features and services on backbone and shared infrastructure based on input from Engineering and operational teams.

Study and build migration plans to implement target topology and / or design.

Coordinate and activate managed customer backbones IP / SDN changes : understand all technical details for the change, topology and traffic flow; notify customer if request is out of configuration guidelines and validate scheduling and impact; track and report on all changes received.

Create detailed and clear Network Change Guidelines to Network Operations to smoothly implement changes with a combination of automated and manual steps.

Proactive audit of network configuration quality.

Own network levelling, compliance to security rules and ensure minimum level of security weaknesses on the network.

Internal support and presentations on the areas of automation and network data analytics.

Provide weekly report to management on activity and performance.

Promote and mentor automation and network related skills within team.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the corporate tools, systems, and processes required to provide quality provisioning and Change Management.

Technical Lead of projects requiring edge technologies on respective area of expertise.

About You

Minimum 5 years related work experience in organizations within the Telecom or IT / Software industry.

Python and / or Ansible experience in IT / networking environment.

Professional Skills

Cisco CCNP or Juniper JNCIP level; Red Hat Ansible; Backbone or Service Provider Juniper and Cisco configuration expertise; Python; Git and Gitlab; Linux System administration; OpenStack and Contrail experience; Kubernetes and Rancher demonstrated experience; Cloud and virtualization (KVM / VMware); Presentation and organization skills.

Can-do attitude, tackle challenges head-on and challenge the status quo with new and innovative ideas.
