We are hiring a full-time Salesforce Developer to support a fast-moving merchant cash advance company. This role is focused on fixing, optimizing, and improving the Salesforce environment the sales team uses every day. You will handle UI updates, system configuration, integrations, and fast-turnaround fixes that directly impact how quickly deals move through the pipeline. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Hours: 9am–5pm EST.

Salary: $4,000/mo

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Salesforce configuration: fields, formulas, layouts, list views, role hierarchy, and sharing settings
  • Set up and maintain integrations — especially telephony tools like RingCentral inside Salesforce
  • Improve UI and usability for reps, ensuring workflows are clear and easy to follow
  • Build small Lightning components or UI enhancements when needed
  • Troubleshoot and fix Lightning integration issues, permission problems, and visibility restrictions
  • Adjust and maintain workflow automation (Flow, processes, rules) to support the sales process
  • Update dashboards, create filtered list views, and improve record access structure
  • Build and refine CRM actions such as the “Next Opportunity” button and other quick actions
  • Handle fast-turnaround tasks when urgent fixes are needed (same-day or <30 minutes when possible)
  • Clean up confusing configurations, inconsistent UI, or broken logic
  • Document changes and communicate clearly with leadership about what was done and why
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Admin or Developer experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Experience with Lightning UI (components, layouts, actions, navigation)
  • Ability to diagnose and fix permission issues, sharing rules, and record visibility
  • Comfortable maintaining and improving telephony integrations (RingCentral preferred)
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce automation: Flows, process automations, workflow rules
  • Able to move quickly, prioritize urgent fixes, and troubleshoot without hand-holding
  • Detail-oriented with clean documentation and high accuracy
  • Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet
  • Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with merchant cash advance companies
  • Background in CRM architecture or workflow optimization
  • Ability to advise on long-term Salesforce structure, not just fix short-term issues
