Job Responsibilities
  • Provide field access support services and education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to maximize patient access to products
  • Communicate with Specialty Pharmacies, Closed Door Pharmacies, and Patient‑Physician Services to support marketed products
  • Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies and physicians to resolve coverage issues for prescriptions
  • Deliver training and education to HCPs on payer‑specific coverage policies and documentation requirements
  • Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of the pharmacy distribution network
Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in a related field AND 6+ years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, with 2+ years in specialty pharmacy/market access
  • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies, managed care, and government payers
  • Excellent knowledge of patient support programs and prescription adjudication processes
  • Ability to communicate payer coverage criteria and prior authorization processes
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 60%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred AND 4+ years of related experience
  • PharmD or PhD AND 2+ years of related experience
  • Previous experience in sales, management, or marketing within pharma/biotech
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Developing reputation inside the company related to area of expertise
