In this foundational role, the Production Manager will be instrumental in launching and scaling operations from the ground up. This individual will oversee all aspects of daily production—managing people, processes, materials, and performance—while developing lean systems that support efficiency, quality, and safety. This is not a back-office role; the Production Manager will be on the floor, working side-by-side with the team to help build a world-class manufacturing operation.
