What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead, mentor, and support Portal Specialists nationwide to ensure effective operations
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics for timely referral handling
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards
• Collaborate with Sales, Branch leadership, and Intake teams to align portal activities
• Serve as the primary escalation point for portal-related issues and implement best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or related fields
• Prior experience managing or leading teams strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to coach a distributed team
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools, with advanced data interpretation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with CPR+, EMRs, or hospital portal systems is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of referral intake processes and case-management workflows
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environment
