About the Role

We are looking for an Operador I to work in a production and logistics environment, following quality and safety guidelines, and contributing to continuous improvement through Kaizen programs.

The role is on-site in Contagem.

Responsibilities

• Execute low-complexity activities following technical instructions.
• Disassembly, wash and preparation of parts.
• General assembly tasks that do not require torque control.
• Read process instructions.
• Record material transactions in the system.
• Collect and separate materials.
• Assemble kits.
• Receive and allocate materials.
• Ship materials to internal and external clients.
• Fill daily process and quality control reports as required by the Quality department.
• Organize and prepare the work area according to process instructions and EHS guidelines.
• Contribute ideas and execution of process improvement – Kaizen program.
• Follow integrity and compliance guidelines, and company EHS standards.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent material deterioration and loss.

Qualifications
