Location: Manaus, Brazil

Salary Range: R$10,000 - R$15,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain ISO/IEC management system and INMETRO certification.
• Lead laboratory technical planning and advanced testing capabilities.
• Manage laboratory instruments, equipment selection, and calibration programs.
• Develop testing standards, methods, and operational procedures.
• Train and supervise testing personnel on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Research and implement advanced testing methodologies in the industry.
• Coordinate with headquarters on certification processes and technical standards.
• Manage external testing/calibration resources and vendor relationships.

Who You Are

• Based in Manaus (strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
• 3+ years laboratory management experience.
• Experience with ISO/IEC and INMETRO certification processes.
• Familiar with electric/water meter testing equipment and international standards.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• ISO/IEC internal auditor qualification is a plus.
• Experience in laboratory setup preferred.
