We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Responsibilities
  • Engage in hiring and talent hunting activities.
  • Support people operations and administrative processes.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to understand needs.
  • Contribute to process improvements and raise issues proactively.

Qualifications

Must-haves:
• English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Living in Florianópolis – SC
• Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
• Strong communication skills

Nice-to-haves:
• Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
• Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
• Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
• International experience
• Undergraduate degree
