MARKETING AT TRACTIAN

The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers, across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance, are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross‑functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Head of Growth Marketing BR, you will own Tractian’s growth strategy and the core systems that power our GTM engine in Brazil, leading the teams of Paid Media, Web Development, SEO, Content, Lifecycle, Digital Marketing, and Inbound Pre‑Sales. This is a senior, high‑impact role that fuses demand generation, growth marketing, and growth operations. Working side by side with the Marketing Director, the CEO, and Sales leadership, you’ll design and scale the programs, technology stack, and data infrastructure that consistently generate qualified pipeline, optimize CAC, and drive measurable new logo and revenue growth for the region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the teams of Paid Media, Web Developers, SEO, Content, Inbound Pre‑Sales, Lifecycle, and Digital Marketing.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth in close partnership with Sales, ensuring tight alignment on ICP, qualification standards, funnel priorities, and account strategies.
  • Ensure strong pipeline health by monitoring each stage of the funnel, improving conversion rates from first touch to SQL and opportunity, and identifying bottlenecks or gaps that impact revenue.
  • Build clear reporting for CAC, pipeline, revenue attribution, and experiment results.
  • Lead CRM and automation strategy: scoring, routing, nurture flows, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Manage the Inbound Pre‑Sales team to improve response times, qualification, and handoff quality.

  • Manage and forecast the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and smart trade‑offs across channels.
  • You will have immediate access to GTM data and BI engineers from the GTM Engineering and Ops team, as well as marketing developers from the marketing team from day one.
  • Ensure best‑in‑class data accuracy and dashboards with clear marketing KPIs at the campaign and channel level, all tying back to revenue attribution.
Requirements
  • 6+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary marketing or growth teams, with a track record of developing talent and driving high performance.
  • Hands‑on expertise in at least two core areas (paid media, SEO, automation, CRO, ABM), with solid understanding of the rest.
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing investment across multiple channels.
  • Comfortable with data tracking, experimentation frameworks, and performance analysis.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary marketing or growth teams and partnering closely with Sales.
  • Advanced English required, with full ability to operate in meetings, reporting, and cross‑regional coordination.

  • Experience scaling a region or BU in a fast‑growing company.
  • Background in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing audiences.
  • Experience with ABM programs or managing inbound SDR/BDR teams.
