A multinational shipping company is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee HR and Administration in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, fluency in Portuguese and English, and strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws. Experience in multinational organizations and union negotiations is essential. This role requires excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills. Advanced computer skills in Excel and HRIS are also necessary.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters preferred.
Proven experience in HR and Administration management in multinational or large organizations, preferably with regional responsibility in Latin America.
Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT), eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, and HR best practices in Latin America.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
Advanced computer skills (Excel, SAP, HRIS, etc.).
Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Experience in union negotiations, expatriate visa processes, and data privacy compliance (LGPD).
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
