Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in a Software Engineering role.
• Language: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Software Development Proficiency: Strong background in software engineering with proficiency in GoLang or Python. You should be comfortable with object-oriented programming, data structures, REST API design, and writing testable, production-quality code (not just operational scripts).
• DevSecOps Expertise: Proven experience implementing security best practices in a CI/CD environment. Familiarity with automated security scanning, secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault ), and compliance automation.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes , Docker , and Helm . Experience with Service Meshes like Istio or Linkerd is a plus.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with either GCP or AWS services.
• CI/CD & GitOps: Deep experience with CI/CD platforms like GitLab/GitHub Actions and Jenkins .
• Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with Terraform .
• Observability & Monitoring: Proven experience with the Prometheus/Grafana/Loki stack for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Full Stack: A solid understanding of full-stack development principles to effectively support development teams.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux .
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS/GCP Certified.
• Familiarity with other observability tools like Jaeger or OpenTelemetry.
