A global manufacturing platform is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to manage post-sale relationships and ensure client satisfaction. This fully remote opportunity requires strong organizational, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills to support SMB and mid-market customers. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of client-facing experience and a proactive mindset to drive account growth and enhance customer experiences. Competitive candidates will possess excellent English skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualificações

  • 3+ years of customer success, account management, or other client-facing experience.
  • Comfortable using data to guide decisions and actions.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customer accounts.
  • Ensure customers achieve their goals and adopt the platform successfully.
  • Monitor account health, customer activity, and production performance.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, monetization, and expansion opportunities.
  • Support customers throughout the product development journey.
