As a key contributor, you will be responsible for establishing appointments with leads and providing exceptional customer service.Your primary duties will involve responding to text messages, scheduling appointments, making phone calls, and asking qualifying questions.

You will work closely with US clients and must have a solid understanding of American culture and excellent communication skills.To excel in this position, you will need to possess : Strong English language proficiency and a neutral accentExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesA passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learnExperience in marketing or fitness is an asset, but not mandatoryThis is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime.
