Job summary
A private property management firm in Dubai is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an Ultra High Net Worth Family. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of residential facilities, requiring strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and possess excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. A competitive salary of AED 6,000 to 7,000 plus benefits is offered, aligning with UAE labor law.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on residential facilities.
- Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas.
- Coordinate with specialized contractors for complex tasks.
