About the Role

Technician 3 – HVAC supports preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems under supervision, focusing on basic servicing, inspections, and assistance during breakdowns to ensure safe and reliable operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in PPM and corrective maintenance of FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.
• Support senior technicians during troubleshooting and repairs.
• Carry out basic checks (filters, belts, drains, lubrication).
• Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
• Maintain logbooks and report issues to seniors.
• Housekeeping of plant rooms and work areas.
• Attend breakdown calls and assist in shutdown activities.

About You

• Qualification: ITI / Trade Certificate in HVAC or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in HVAC maintenance (hotel/building preferred).
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.
• Willing to learn and work under supervision.
