- Profoundly interested on a daily basis to sell solutions to end users as part of recommendations in order to improve product performance.
- Carry out installations as assigned.
- Complete all required training to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain the company vehicle, stock, and tools in good working order.
- Perform troubleshooting, accurate reporting, detailing of job numbers, travel time, labeling of equipment, and completion of door assignments.
- Read, understand, and strictly comply with all Health & Safety requirements.
- Install sectional doors (manual & automatic), high-speed doors, rolling shutters, dock levellers, dock shelters, etc.
- Read and understand installation drawings.
- Perform control wiring, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical and mechanical components.
- Fully adhere to Health & Safety rules at all times.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Clean driving license; additional operating licenses are beneficial.
- Education in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic training is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30–35 kg independently.
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Results-oriented with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Eager to learn and develop new technical and sales-related skills.
- Able to work independently while managing time and workload effectively.
