Web Developer & SEO Expert (Remote)

Location: Remote (Full-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for talented Web Developers & SEO Experts to join our team remotely. The ideal candidates will have expertise in WordPress development, Divi, Elementor, and advanced White Hat SEO strategies. We have three open positions for Junior, Senior, and Manager roles, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic digital team while optimizing high-performance websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, design, and maintain high-performance websites using WordPress, Divi, and Elementor.
• Develop responsive, mobile-friendly, and visually appealing website layouts.
• Optimize website speed, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and errors to ensure seamless user experience.
• Integrate plugins, APIs, and third-party tools to enhance functionality.
• Implement advanced White Hat SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct website audits to identify and fix SEO issues.
• Develop and execute SEO content strategies for increased visibility.
• Optimize website structure, URL hierarchy, and internal linking.

Additional Responsibilities (Based on Seniority Level)

• Junior Role: Assist with website updates, SEO execution, and basic web development tasks.
• Senior Role: Lead SEO strategy, website optimization, and complex site customizations.
• Manager Role: Oversee the entire SEO & Web Development team, manage projects, and drive long-term digital growth strategies.

Candidate Requirements

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Experience with local SEO, eCommerce SEO (WooCommerce), and multilingual SEO.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience managing remote teams (for Manager role).
