A tech automotive startup in Dubai is looking for an Employee Experience Executive to manage HR operations and support the team during maternity leave. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in office management and HR operations, and must handle responsibilities like onboarding, recruitment, and fostering a positive work culture. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and self‑starting Employee Experience Executive to join our dynamic team on a contract basis (3 months full cover).
Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years experience in office management and HR operations with their own visa sponsorship.
As part of the People Team you will be responsible for helping manage HR operations and provide support across the entire Seez team and working closely with our Director of Finance & Operations while our full‑time Employee Experience Lead is on maternity leave.
Foster a positive and productive work culture environment.
Effectively manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Dubai office including pantry supplies, vendor relations and facility maintenance and repairs.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and support HR initiatives across the organization.
Ensure that team members are motivated, satisfied and productive through continuous effort to keep and improve team engagement activities (managing social calls, team lunches etc).
Handle administrative tasks including drafting employment contracts, preparing reports and maintaining HR databases.
Manage and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
Manage the offboarding process and lead on ensuring that accesses and required removal from database are done accordingly.
Support Dubai employees and as point of contact for any health insurance related queries such as reimbursement claims, endorsements of policy etc.
Support the recruitment cycle from start to finish ensuring prompt and precise execution from inception to job offer and seamless onboarding process.
Coordinate with the Hiring Manager, candidate and wider team to ensure a smooth recruitment cycle for all those involved.
Provide initial assessment of candidates fit particularly in regards to culture.
Provide ad hoc support to the Leadership Team.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management and HR operations.
High integrity and ability to maturely handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑starter with the ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities.
Startup or tech industry experience is a plus.
Own visa sponsorship is highly favored.
Loves dynamic, fast‑paced collaborative environment.
Comfortable with accepting and implementing candid feedback at all levels of the company.
Humble enough not to pull ranks, admit personal mistakes and ask for help when needed.
Strong sense of innovation that will help in solving complicated challenges that arise unexpectedly.
