Nabat is a climate-tech startup based in the UAE using advanced technology to protect and restore natural ecosystems with precision and scale! We operate at the intersection of ecological & environmental sciences, GIS, AI, and robotics. Our mission is to enable data-driven, science-backed ecosystem management and restoration at the speed and scale necessary to address the critical challenges of climate change, deforestation, land erosion, and biodiversity loss. Our comprehensive solution - consisting of ecosystem management software, precision aerial seeding drones, AI & ecological models, and restoration services - is already being used to plant millions of mangroves in the UAE. At Nabat we are working closely with governments, asset owners, and international partners. We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us build, structure, and activate strategic alliances that create long‑term value - commercially, operationally, and institutionally.

This is not a sales role.

It’s about turning partnerships into real, measurable outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with public entities, corporates, and ecosystem partners
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements with clear value creation and accountability
  • Activate partnerships into joint opportunities, programs, and deal flow
  • Work closely with Business Development, Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure execution
  • Represent Nabat in partner meetings, forums, and joint initiatives

  • Partnerships that generate tangible opportunities and revenue
  • Partners actively collaborating and delivering with Nabat
  • Clear value from each major partnership

What are we looking for?
  • 6–10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem‑building roles
  • Experience working with governments, large corporates, or regulated environments
  • Demonstrated ability to turn partnerships into real outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, execution‑oriented mindset

Nice to have: Experience in climate tech, infrastructure, GovTech, or deep tech environments.
