Swim Coach (Junior Department)

We are seeking an experienced Swim Coach (Junior Department) to join an elite fitness and health club in Dubai Sports City offering world-class facilities including Sauna, Swimming, Gyms, Pilates, Dance, Gymnastics and more.

Location:

Dubai UAE

About the Role:

• Sessions: 4 to 5 sessions per day
• Work schedule: 5 or 6 days per week (to be discussed during the interview)
• Note: Accommodation not provided

Qualifications

• Nationally recognised swim teaching/coaching qualification
• ASA Level 2 Swim Teacher (minimum)
• First Aid Certificate
• Enhanced DBS

Desirable:

• ASA Level 1 Coach Lifeguard qualification
• Experience coaching adults and parent‑baby lessons
• Knowledge of competitive swimming pathways

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver swimming sessions
• Communicate with program managers to meet swimmer needs

• Attend staff meetings and competitions as required
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in swim coaching
• Complete continued professional development training

Salary:

10000 AED/month
