• Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients across departments.
• Oversee and supervise nursing staff, ensuring that medical and nursing practices align with the organization's standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in the training and mentoring of junior nursing staff.
• Ensure the proper documentation and maintenance of patient medical records.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years in nursing with a strong background in patient care, preferably in a senior nursing role.
• Licensing: Valid nursing license in the UAE.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills, leadership qualities, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
