A trusted recruitment firm is looking for a CAD Drafter for a permanent position that involves preparing detailed CAD drawings and collaborating with surveyors. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in drafting or a related field, be proficient in AutoCAD, and possess strong attention to detail. This role allows for remote work flexibility and requires good communication skills. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome, making it a great opportunity for recent graduates.
Qualifications
- At least 0–2 years of experience in CAD drafting.
- Open to candidates with no experience if proficient in AutoCAD.
- Ability to work under supervision and in a team.

- Assist in preparing detailed CAD drawings
- Use CAD software for technical drawings
- Maintain organized drawing files & file directory as per company policy
- Collaborate with surveyors to integrate data
- Perform quality control checks
- Engage in continuous learning
- Drawing work will be primarily focused on creating new drawings rather than updating or maintaining existing files, applying specific company processes to existing architectural plans.
- Handling some project that involves subdivision of buildings, working with existing architectural plans to create boundary lines and extract areas for authority submissions, both pre-construction and post-completion phases.
- At least 0–2 years of experience in CAD drafting ((They are open to candidates with no experience as long as they are proficient in using AutoCAD))
- Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Surveying or any related
- Experience in working Construction or Surveying industries
- Technical proficiency in CAD software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret survey data
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication verbally and written
- Arabic and other languages are advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD
- Knowledgeable in using Revit or Civil 3D is advantageous but not required
- Knowledge of GIS systems, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator would be considered a bonus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work under supervision
