Minimum of 2 years of experience in design

As per industry standards and candidate experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Sketch
• Good understanding of visual theories such as color, typography, composition, and balance
• Ability to design for both print and digital media

• Design visual materials such as logos, brochures, ads, app and website interfaces, and presentations
• Translate ideas and concepts into tangible designs using design tools
• Collaborate with marketing, development, or product teams to ensure design alignment
• Follow brand guidelines and visual identity standards
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain and document creative assets and files
• Stay updated with modern design trends
