Position: Graphic Designer with Videography Skills

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer with Videography expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling capable of producing high-quality designs and engaging video content and able to elevate brand identity across various digital and print platforms.

This role requires strong knowledge of graphic design principles, branding, videography, editing and motion graphics to support the marketing and business objectives of the organization.

• Graphic Design & Branding
  • Design visually compelling marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, posters, digital banners, billboards, and presentations.
  • Develop branding elements such as logos, typography, color schemes and marketing assets that align with the company’s vision.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create promotional assets for campaigns, events and product launches.
• Videography & Content Creation
  • Plan and edit high-quality promotional videos, testimonials and property tours for digital platforms.
  • Create motion graphics and animated visuals for social media, websites and ad campaigns.
  • Edit raw footage into polished engaging videos ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Set up lighting, sound and camera equipment for high production value shoots.
• Digital & Social Media Content
  • Develop eye-catching visuals for social media platforms, email campaigns and website content.
  • Optimize content for different digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Research and implement latest design trends and social media content strategies.
• Photo & Video Editing
  • Retouch photos and videos to ensure high quality and brand consistency.
  • Utilize advanced video editing techniques such as color grading, transitions and special effects.
  • Create interactive visual elements to enhance engagement.
• Creative Strategy & Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts.
  • Provide creative input on visual storytelling, advertising strategies and content engagement techniques.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library for efficient content retrieval.

• 35 years of experience as a Graphic Designer & Videographer (Real Estate industry preferred).
• Experience working in luxury branding, lifestyle marketing or corporate advertising is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, photography and video editing skills.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Video Production: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Ability to create dynamic motion graphics and short animations.
• Photography & Videography: Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting and composition.
• Photo & Video Editing: Proficiency in color grading, sound editing and visual effects.
• Social Media Content Creation: Knowledge of platform‑specific content trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Typography & Layout Design: Expertise in creating visually appealing and readable designs.
