Qualifications

- Monitor and track the teams performance ensuring that they meet or exceed sales targets client satisfaction and operational standards.

- Oversee and ensure that team members provide excellent customer service to both buyers and sellers.
- Assist clients in negotiating contracts closing deals and navigating any complex issues.
- Act as a toptier negotiator managing highprofile or highvalue transactions.
- Ensure the team follows up regularly with past clients encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain proper records and documentation including contracts agreements and client communications.
- Oversee the creation and management of sales listings marketing materials and other business documentation.
- Continuously assess the teams training needs and provide educational resources to enhance their skills.
- Host regular training sessions on sales tactics market knowledge and customer relationship management.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar
- Proven experience in real estate sales 23
- Previous leadership or management experience in real estate is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions.
